Using Posthaste

These terms apply to the Posthaste website. The Mac app is supplied under the licence terms presented with its distribution. Mac App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

Your accounts and responsibilities

Only connect email accounts and access resources you are authorised to use. You are responsible for your account security, messages you send and compliance with your email provider’s terms. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, attacks, unauthorised access or excessive automated requests.

Availability and your data

Email delivery depends on your mail provider and network connection. Local reminders and scheduled sending require Posthaste to be running and online; delays can occur. Keep backups of information that matters to you. We may maintain, change or discontinue website features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Purchases

Any price, subscription period and renewal terms will be shown in the Mac App Store purchase flow. Apple processes payments. Manage purchases and any subscriptions through your Apple account; refund requests can be made through Apple’s purchase support. No purchases are offered on this website.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or that third-party email and image services will always be available.
